All Emerald shells are made with non-toxic cast acrylic sheet co-extruded with Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). After the molding process, the shells are undercoated with environmentally friendly Acrylobond to enhance stability. The process reinforces the shell and provides a total moisture barrier to eliminate the possibility of blistering, cracking, or delaminating.
